You can upgrade  your myCitadel wallet by logging in to your myCitadel, selecting Personal Information in the My Wallet section on the left side of the page, and then selecting “Wallet Type” – [Modify]

From this screen you can select to upgrade your account to the Premium version.  You may need to add additional personal information, as the increase in transaction limits requires additional information for security reasons.
