After you send your Money Transfer, the recipient will receive an email notification to inform them that you have sent them money. If the recipient has a myCitadel Wallet, they will be asked to login to accept the Money Transfer. If the recipient does not have a myCitadel Wallet, they will be asked to sign up for a wallet before they can accept the Money Transfer.
If you included a security question and answer for the Money Transfer, the recipient must correctly answer the question that you have created before they can accept and receive the money you have sent. If you believe that the recipient may have trouble correctly answering your question, you should contact the recipient directly to provide them with the information.
When the recipient accepts the Money Transfer, a service fee will be deducted from the amount that you sent them.
