Withdrawals to bank accounts are supported in the U.S., Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden and the U.K. For other countries, myCitadel will generate and mail (or courier at an additional charge) a printed check in the appropriate currency to wallet holders wishing to withdraw funds out of their wallet. An administration fee will be charged for all withdrawals via printed check from the wallet. There is no charge for spending wallet funds at a merchant site.
