I’m trying to withdraw funds to my bank account, but the system won’t let me. What do I do?

Your “Balance available for withdrawal“ identifies the amount of funds you have available to withdraw from your wallet. It does not include pending deposits* which require a waiting period of 5 business days before they are available for withdrawal. This balance available for withdrawal is identified when you follow the “Withdraw from Wallet“ process.

If you do not have sufficient funds for the withdrawal amount, you will not be able to complete the transaction. You would need to wait for any pending deposits to become available for withdrawal or withdraw an amount equal to or within your “Balance available for withdrawal.“

*Note: A pending deposit is a deposit amount that requires a waiting period of up to 5 days before it becomes available in your myCitadel Wallet. Pending Deposits include:

  • ACH (Automated Clearing House)/Electronic Check Deposits
  • Instant ACH/Electronic Check Deposits
