| Can I make my pending deposits instantly available instead of waiting the 5 business days for my deposit to become available? |

Yes. For a 6.9% fee (which is deducted from your pending deposit amount), you can instantly make a selected pending deposit instantly available for merchant payments.
In your myCitadel Wallet, go to your "Account Summary" page and scroll to the "Pending Transactions" section located towards the bottom of the page. There will be a "Clear Now" button located to the right of a pending deposit that you can make instantly available.
Select a pending deposit from the pending transactions list that you would like to make instantly available and click the "Clear Now" button to the right of the pending deposit. This will take you through steps that would allow you to make the selected pending deposit instantly available for merchant payments.
The fee of 6.9% is deducted from your pending deposit amount. For example if your pending deposit is $100.00, a fee of $6.90 will be deducted from your pending deposit amount. On your Account Summary it will appear as $100.00 credit and $6.90 debit, which gives you $93.10 of instantly available funds for merchant payments.
"Clear Now" is only available for pending deposits that will not lead you to exceed your deposit limit. Click here to view your deposit limit.
Note: There is a waiting period of 5 business days before you are able to withdraw these funds to your bank account. |
