Paying a Merchant

Paying a merchant is simple with myCitadel Wallet.Once you register an account, you never need to provide your personal information again, to either Citadel Commerce or the merchant.

To make a payment to a merchant, click the myCitadel Wallet button on the merchant's site and follow the instructions.

myCitadel Express Pay

There may be times when you want to make a payment to a merchant, but you do not have enough funds in your wallet. In your myCitadel Wallet, you can set your bank account (U.S. & Canadian residents) or credit card (U.K. residents) for use with myCitadel Express Pay.

myCitadel Express Pay allows you to instantly transfer funds direct from your checking account (U.S. & Canadian residents) or credit card (UK residents) to your merchant account for FREE.
