I receive a message saying my wallet is blocked from using myCitadel Security Code to do Web Payments. What can I do?

If a myCitadel wallet has too many failed attempts of using invalid myCitadel Security Code to perform Web Payments within a short period of time, the wallet is blocked from performing Web Payments using myCitadel Security Code for a certain time period. Meanwhile, the wallet can still perform Web Payments using the payment permission approach.

If you want to perform Web Payments using your myCitadel Security Code without waiting, you can login to your myCitadel wallet and then click the Security Code link and follow instructions there.
