I have a Web Credit marked "Pending". What does that mean?

Anytime you have funds in your account that are not “cleared”, and a Web Credit is received from a merchant or 3rd party, myCitadel will hold that Web Credit as “Pending” until such time as the uncleared funds become cleared.  This is a fraud prevention strategy used to protect you and other myCitadel users.
