| How do I set up my bank account or credit card for use with myCitadel Express Pay? |

What is myCitadel Express Pay?
myCitadel ExpressPay allows you to instantly transfer funds, direct from credit card (all countries) or your checking account (U.S. & Canadian residents only), to your merchant account for FREE.
myCitadel Express Pay automatically withdraws the amount of your purchase from your chosen Express Pay account when there are not enough cleared funds in your myCitadel Wallet to pay for your merchant payment.
To select a myCitadel ExpressPay account, follow these steps:
1. From the "Payment Methods" page, select one of your saved accounts displayed under "SAVED Payment Methods".
2. Click "Edit".
3. Select the "Click here to select the "myCitadel Express Pay" check box.
If you do not have any credit card or bank accounts set up, click "Payment Methods" then add either a credit card or bank account under "ADD Payment Method". Check the box to make your new account your myCitadel Express Pay account.
Note: You cannot select a credit card as your myCitadel Express Pay account until you have completed the Credit Card Verification process.
What happens when not enough funds are in my wallet to cover a Web Payment?
If you have not assigned a myCitadel Express Pay account, the transaction will not be completed due to insufficient funds.
If you set up a verified credit card (all countries) for use with myCitadel Express Pay, myCitadel Wallet automatically draws the full amount of funds from the specified credit card to cover the amount required to complete the transaction.
If you set up a bank account (U.S. and Canadian residents only) for use with myCitadel Express Pay and are dealing with a merchant who accepts this type of transaction, myCitadel automatically draws the full amount of funds from the specified bank account to cover the amount required to complete the transaction.
For example, if you have $100 in your myCitadel Wallet and make a $200 Web Payment at a merchant site, myCitadel takes the full $200 from the bank account or credit card you specified for use with myCitadel Express Pay. |
