What happens when not enough funds are in my wallet to cover a Web Payment?
If you have not assigned a myCitadel Express Pay account, the transaction will not be completed due to insufficient funds.If you set up a verified credit card (all countries) for use with myCitadel Express Pay, myCitadel Wallet automatically draws the full amount of funds from the specified credit card to cover the amount required to complete the transaction.If you set up a bank account (U.S. and Canadian residents only) for use with myCitadel Express Pay and are dealing with a merchant who accepts this type of transaction, myCitadel automatically draws the full amount of funds from the specified bank account to cover the amount required to complete the transaction.For example, if you have $100 in your myCitadel Wallet and make a $200 Web Payment at a merchant site, myCitadel takes the full $200 from the bank account or credit card you specified for use with myCitadel Express Pay.
