Payment Permissions are parameters that a myCitadel user can set up to allow specific merchants to make withdrawals from your myCitadel account when you request them to do so.

In order to maintain the security of your myCitadel wallet, but still ensure that you can quickly transfer funds to a merchant with a minimum of effort, we let you set up the level of permissions that you will let a specific merchant have for debiting your myCitadel wallet.  Using payment permissions, you can pay using myCitadel in a single, one-step transaction without ever leaving the merchant's site.

Payment Permission can only be initiated from merchant web-sites but, once initiated, can be viewed and updated via the myCitadel web-site.
