At the present time, myCitadel does not allow you to send funds directly to the merchant from within your myCitadel wallet.  In order to pay a participating merchant using funds in your myCitadel wallet, please complete your transaction at the merchant site, and then use the myCitadel payment option that a participating merchant will display.
