| What is the Returned Check Administration Fee? |

| If you transfer funds from your bank account to your myCitadel wallet, you are electronically writing a check against your bank account for credit to your myCitadel wallet. If that electronic check is returned due to an incorrect account number or insufficient funds in the account and this check never clears through the representment cycle, you will be liable to make good on this payment. myCitadel charges an administration fee (see "Fees" information for details) to cover the extensive manual handling that is required when this situation occurs. Please note that any check returned from any banking institution has handling fees associated with it. Please contact myCitadel Customer Support to receive instructions on how to settle such transactions. |
