To get certified, you will need to go through one of our verification processes: Option 1: Identity Document Verification - You can send documents with or without photographs. Acceptable documents include:- Submitting Documents with Photograph
A government issued photo document with full name, residential address and date of birth. Examples include:- Valid Passport
- Valid Driver's License (with photo)
- National Identity Card
- France: Carte Nationale d'Identite No
- Sweden: Personnr (Personnummer)
- Germany: Personalausweis No
- Spain: National identity card
- Submitting Documents with No Photograph
Requires one government-issued document (e.g. valid full UK driving license or recent evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority-funded benefit, housing benefit, council tax benefits, tax, credit, pension, educational or other grant) AND one additional document such as:- Instrument of court appointment (such as liquidator, or grant of probate)
- Current council tax demand letter or statement
- Current bank statements or credit/debit card statements issued by a regulated financial sector firm in the UK, EU, etc.*
- Utility bill*

Option 2: Address Verification - We mail a letter to your registered address containing a verification code. When you receive the letter, email the code with your Wallet ID number to: certify@mycitadel.com. |
