Who is eligible to enter the contest?
This promotion is open to existing holders of myCitadel Wallet account holders, aged 18 years or over (or the age of majority in the country, province, or state in which they reside, except residents of the Province of Quebec, Canada).

Employees of Citadel Commerce, its agencies, partners, anyone professionally associated with the promotion, and their respective families are not permitted to enter.

How do I enter the contest?
You must open a myCitadel Wallet account to enter the contest. Once you open a myCitadel Wallet and you have activated your account, you will automatically be registered for the contest and given one entry.

If you have an existing myCitadel Wallet account that is active and in good standing, you will automatically be registered for the contest and given one entry. No purchase is necessary. (Note: Entrants must be aged 18 years or over (or age of majority in the Member’s country of residence, whichever is greater).

Why do I need to open a myCitadel Wallet to enter the contest?
You must open a myCitadel Wallet account if you want to enter the contest. It is the only way we can get in touch with you if you win and if you win, the cash prize will be deposited into your myCitadel Wallet. How do I become a myCitadel Wallet account holder?
To become a myCitadel Wallet account holder, sign up at www.mycitadel.com. You must be 18 years or over (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to open a myCitadel Wallet.

When I tried to open a myCitadel Wallet, I received an error message stating that you were unable to verify my personal details. How do I correct this problem?
This error message indicates our system was not able to validate the personal details associated with your myCitadel Wallet.

To continue with registration, myCitadel requires 2 pieces of ID to be provided to our Customer Support team for manual verification of your identity information.

The first piece of ID must be a driver's license or government-issued photo ID, and the second must be a recent utility or phone bill, or, alternatively, a voided check of the bank account you intend to use in our system.

Please ensure the requested documentation is legible, and is provided in its entirety. Also note that we cannot accept online statements.

Once we have processed the requested information, a myCitadel Customer Support Representative will contact you via email regarding the status of your myCitadel Wallet.

What if I have a myCitadel Wallet, but it is frozen?

How do I increase my chances of winning?
By using your myCitadel Wallet, you can receive additional entries into the contest. For each qualifying transaction, you can receive one additional entry into the contest. Here is a list of qualifying myCitadel Wallet Transactions:

**Funds for these transactions must be cleared to qualify as an entry. Transactions that have not been cleared by the time of each draw will not qualify as an entry.

If I am an existing myCitadel Wallet holder and/or have a SecureSwipe device, do I receive entries into the contest for this?
Yes. If you are an existing myCitadel Wallet holder and/or have a SecureSwipe device you will receive and entry. Here is a complete list:

Do I receive an entry for withdrawing funds from myCitadel Wallet to my Bank Account?
No. You do not receive an entry for withdrawing funds from myCitadel Wallet to your Bank Account. The only transactions from a myCitadel Wallet that qualify for an entry are transferring funds from your myCitadel Wallet to a Merchant Site.

Do I receive an entry for withdrawing funds from my Merchant Account to myCitadel Wallet?
No. You do not receive an entry for withdrawing funds from my Merchant Account to myCitadel Wallet. The only transactions from a myCitadel Wallet that qualify for an entry are transferring funds from your myCitadel Wallet to a Merchant Site.

Do I receive an entry for depositing funds into myCitadel Wallet from my bank account or using a credit card/debit card via the SecureSwipe device?
If you deposit funds from your bank account or via the SecureSwipe device into your myCitadel Wallet, you will not receive an entry. The only transactions from a myCitadel Wallet that qualify for an entry are transferring funds from your myCitadel Wallet to a Merchant Site.

Are there any minimum or maximum limits to transfer funds to the Merchant Account in order to earn 1 entry?
No. You can transfer any amount over to the Merchant depending on the minimum or maximum requirements of the Merchant. As long as each transaction has been cleared by the Merchant, you will receive 1 entry per transaction.

What are the prizes?
There will be an Early Bird Prize Draw for 6 winners of $1,000 USD each and a Grand Prize Draw for 4 winners of $5,000 USD each

When will the contest run and for how long?
The contest will run from September 15, 2006 and to November 15, 2006.

What is the closing date for entries to be accepted for each prize draw?
For the Early Bird Prize, entries will be accepted until midnight Eastern Standard Time on October 15, 2006. For the Grand Prize, entries will be accepted until midnight Eastern Standard Time on November 15, 2006.

When will the prize draws take place?
The Early Bird Prize draw will take place on October 18, 2006 and the Grand Prize draw will take place on November 18, 2006.

How will you notify the winners?

The winners will be notified within 14 days by email and we will post winners on the myCitadel site at www.myCitadel.com/winners.htm
